Todd represents individuals and companies involved in litigation. He has extensive experience in environmental, banking, breach of contract, land use, real estate, and other commercial and business disputes. Todd also represents and advises both employers and employees in employment law and litigation. Todd previously served as a law clerk for Circuit Judge Richard C. Tallman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and as a full-time extern for Judge Thomas Zilly of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. Todd is a participant in the Ninth Circuit Pro Bono Program and the Western District of Washington Pro Bono Panel, where he has taken a number of cases on a pro bono basis. Todd also is a volunteer for the Western District of Washington Federal Civil Rights Clinic. For the each of the last five years, Todd has been named a "Rising Star" by Washington Law & Politics Magazine. When away from work, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters as well as riding his mountain bike on the many trails near his home in Issaquah.
