Barry Ziker works on behalf of a wide range of clients on
business and environmental matters. His practice includes
representation of businesses on a variety of issues
including their formation, financing, contractual and
employment relationships, divestitures and acquisitions.
His experience as a business lawyer includes both private
practice and serving as general counsel for an international
telecommunications company. Barry also practices in the
area of environmental law, with an emphasis on facilitating
transactions involving the transfer and development of
contaminated properties, and providing advice to clients on
legal issues throughout the investigation and cleanup
process. Barry is admitted to practice in Washington and
Hawaii.
Outside of the office, Barry can frequently be seen cycling
around Seattle when
he's not coaching, managing, and watching his kids play a
variety of team
sports.
